Mad Dog Mix Smoked Salmon has more of a savory taste using a mixture of garlic and other seasonings. Each piece is covered with our spice mixture before smoking to bring out the garlic and natural smoke flavours.

Locally sourced from the cold waters off the west coast. Our oyster farmer sorts the biggest juicy oysters he can find, then sends them off to our custom smoker who creates these sweet and smokey oysters all natural and gluten free!
